WM6: Probs with ActiveSync (Support Code 0x80883001)
In the Pocket PC ActiveSync client, go to the "Schedule" tab and make sure "When synchronizing remotely with my PC, disconnect when complete" is unchecked. Last week Heather noticed that, at the beginning of ActiveSync, the window displays "Connected" for a few seconds then switches to "Not Connected".

I got around it by doing one of two things: - if you want the unit to synch continuously, make sure you disconnect it using the Pocket PC ActiveSync application prior to removing the unit from the cradle or... - Turn off continuous synching on the desktop side Since I did the latter, I haven't had the problem recur

We got a new I-mate pocket PC with ActiveSync 4.0. I am having all kinds of problems synchronizing it with the server.
